that we worship

titles and status

gained through happenstance

or worse

purchased like a 

trinket at a fair

Aren't we all

of this planet

we call home

to no one

and everyone

Reverence 

is not forced by

protocol

or custom

but earned

through 

good deeds

and

great stewardship

of all our
